到底是什么问题？！！！！
为何每次买新电话都有问题。
这次一切正常，可以sms, mms, internet。
但却不能Video Call！
我去Maxis，他说不是SIM CARD问题。
但最终还换新的SIM CARD给我。
但试了，还是不可以。他说是电话Setting问题。
我就去SE Shop，做个MASTER RESET。
但还是不可以！他说是ＦＩＲＭＷＡＲＥ问题。
我就去ＳＥ Ｓｅｒｖｉｃｅ Ｃｅｎｔｒｅ，ｕｐｇｒａｄｅ ｆｉｒｍｗａｒｅ。
但还是不可以！！！最后他发现是ＳＩＭ ＣＡＲＤ问题！！！
叫我去ＭＡＸＩＳ！！！！
到底是什么问题！！！请你告诉我！！！
明天会再去ＭＡＸＩＳ。。。

我的手机也有video call功能。可是我也用不到。 为什么har?
What is the error message?
Mine one is "call restricted".
I confirmed the phone setting is ok, cos it's working fine with other sim card. And i put my sim card to other phone, it cant work as well. So most probably is sim card or line account problem
